1. Why Greenbytes?

Greenbytes is a shopping mobile application platform that specializes in groceries and household items. Greenbytes, which stands for “Come Together & Many Choices”, taps into the world of smartphones and plays with the use of QR codes.

2. What is available on Greenbytes?

Greenbytes has over 15,000 products listed, ranging from groceries like fresh food and frozen food, household staples, electronics, and gift ideas to unique, collectible art pieces. New products are added daily.

3. Who can use Greenbytes?

Anyone with a smartphone (iOS & Android platforms) and everyone who loves shopping.

4. Why should I use Greenbytes?

Greenbytes provides convenience for people who would like to have their groceries and daily necessities delivered right to their doorstep. Simply download the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and start shopping.

5. How do I place an order?

Once you've downloaded the Greenbytes app, follow these steps:

  1. Register yourself for a Greenbytes account
  2. Start shopping (search using the Search Bar or browse via Categories)
  3. Select your product, check availability, and choose quantity
  4. Proceed to Checkout
  5. Select payment method and enter coupon code (if any)
  6. Place order to finalize purchase and review your order summary
  7. Check your email for a confirmation containing delivery date and time

6. Can I order without an account?

Currently, orders can only be made by registered Greenbytes accounts for security reasons. By signing up, you gain access to exclusive deals and promotions.

7. What happens if my order is late?

Please call us at +603 6734 8744 or email enquiries@greenbytes.com with your order number as the subject. We will respond within 1–2 working days.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Greenbytes accepts debit and credit card payments via Mastercard, Visa, and ManagePay. After payment, simply wait for our purchase confirmation email.

9. When will I receive my order?

Greenbytes delivers between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, within Klang Valley. Except Sundays and Public Holidays.

10. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of RM10 within Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. Currently, deliveries are available only within Malaysia.

11. How is your refund/exchange policy?

Vendors are required to refund or replace incorrect or defective products within a stipulated time. Used items are non-refundable. Please refer to Greenbytes Terms & Conditions for more details.
